I can't remember my username or password?
No worries! First things first. Can you remember the welcome email you received after joining. That included your username and password. Take a quick look in your inbox and see if it's hiding somewhere. If that email has gone astray, simply send us a message using the form above and we'll send your details in no time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
OK! Think back. Can you remember which payment option you used when joining the site:
Credit or debit card
To cancel your subscription using a credit or debit card please visit NetCash . When you joined, NetCash provided you with an access code and PIN number. Simply enter these details (or Terminate by Credit Card Info) and your subscription will be cancelled.
Direct debit
To cancel your subscription using direct debit please visit Webbilling . With your bank statement handy please enter the requested details and your all sorted.
If you have any problems at all when attempting to cancel your subscription just give me a shout.
The videos don't seem to be working?
OK! Here are a few things you can try:
- Try downloading the latest version of Windows Media Player from the Microsoft web site
- If the flash player doesn't appear to be working try downloading the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
- If you have a MAC computer try downloading this handy program Flip4Mac which will allow you to play Windows Media Video files in Quicktime
